Ahdistuskani päänauha setti - Main image

Yksi ahdistuksen hallintakeino, jota elokuvissa usein nähdään, on kasvojen roiskiminen vedellä!

The rabbit ears are soft enough to wear while I sit on the couch and dunk my face in a bowl of cold water—it's become my weird little ritual after work. The headband keeps my hair back without slipping, which is way more than I expected for the price.

Took this with me on a long flight and dunked my face in the airport bathroom sink when I felt a panic attack creeping in—the band kept my hair totally dry and secure, which was the one thing I didn't want to deal with. It's a small ritual, but having a physical cue like this actually brings me back

I've been using this when my anxiety spikes, and the splash of cold water on my face really does pull me back to the present moment. The headband keeps my hair dry and out of the way, which makes the whole routine less messy than I expected.
