The fight response, also known as the "fight or flight" response, is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to survival. It's part of the body's stress response system, and it prepares an organism to either confront the threat (fight) or escape from it (flight).

Sometimes as a result of repeated or severe trauma, our fight response is turned on even in situations where it's not appropriate and we feel threatened and defensive pre-emptively to neutralize a threat that may be coming.

Meet our spunky fight-themed "Fight" response rabbit! A cuddly friend who is a reminder that while we may feel the need to run, it's not always necessary!

Charlotte V. ★★★★★

I bought this for my partner who struggles with panic attacks, and the concept of having a physical "fight response" buddy to grab during those moments is genuinely comforting. The plush is well-made and the design makes it easy to squeeze tight when things feel overwhelming.

Sebastian ★★★★☆

The little rabbit is so soft to hug, and it's got a calm, sweet face that I actually find grounding when my heart starts racing. Only gave four stars because the stuffing could be a bit firmer for how often I plan to squeeze it, but it does its job as a comfort object.
